This exterior renovation took a once dated exterior and gave it a facelift into a new lakeside facade complete with rich grey wood siding finished with bright white trims around the doors and windows. Accented with a stunning slim ledge stone skirt and entry. The addition of new doors and windows throughout the house in bright white with Georgian grill accents added to the clean and simple finish.
The front walkway lock stone previously set on curves and sharp angles were redesigned to match the clean lines of the house. In order to keep the aesthetic consistent on both sides of the house, lock stone was added to the existing walkway along the side of the house to make a finished stone patio below the new deck on the rear of the home.
As water enthusiasts the owners spend a lot of time on their dock and wanted a deck that would blend with the house and seem to disappear when seen from the lake so we extended the design to match the width of the house and finished it with grey Trex board to match the texture and colour of the siding and finished off with a glass railing system to meet our client’s needs.
Lighting finished off this facade with a run of pot lights in the eave line to accent the rear roof pitch and decorative lighting at the entry points provide a warm evening glow.  Suppliers include: 89 Electric and Evan’s Home Hardware Building Centre
